Special Sparks is a supportive, skills-based program designed for adults with unique needs who are seeking greater confidence, independence, and meaningful connection. At its core, Special Sparks is about recognizing and nurturing each individual’s inherent strengths—their “spark”—while providing practical tools for everyday life.
This program offers a structured yet compassionate environment where participants can grow at their own pace, develop real-world skills, and feel genuinely seen and valued. Rather than focusing on limitations, Special Sparks centers on capability, empowerment, and possibility.

The program is designed to meet participants where they are, while gently encouraging growth, autonomy, and self-trust.
What We Focus On
Special Sparks sessions may include guidance and practice in areas such as:
- Healthy relationships, boundaries, and communication
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Cooking, meal preparation, and daily living skills
- Entrepreneurship, creativity, and problem-solving
- Emotional regulation and self-awareness
- Money management and basic budgeting
Activities are practical, engaging, and adapted to support different learning styles and abilities.

Special Sparks is not therapy or clinical treatment. It is a mentorship-based, educational, and community-oriented program designed to support personal development and life readiness.
Participants are encouraged to:
- Build confidence through participation and accomplishment
- Strengthen social skills in a group setting
- Practice independence in a supportive environment
- Develop pride in their abilities and contributions
Caregivers and families can feel confident knowing the program emphasizes respect, encouragement, and personal growth.

Special Sparks is facilitated by the Simply Sunshine Co. team, who bring a blend of professional experience, compassion, and lived understanding to the program. Our approach is grounded, patient, and deeply respectful, focused on helping each participant shine in their own way.
Program Investment & Enrollment
Special Sparks is designed to be accessible while providing meaningful, structured support for participants and their families. Several participation options are available depending on the level of involvement that feels right.
✨Annual Registration
All participants complete an annual registration each year.
Annual Registration Fee: $50
This registration includes:
- Special Sparks participant t-shirt
- Participant workbook used throughout the program
- Program materials and administrative support
This fee renews once per year.

☀️Monthly Membership (Recommended)
The monthly membership provides the full Special Sparks experience, offering both in-person skill-building and ongoing support through group discussion.
$125 per month
Membership includes:
- One 1–2 hour in-person field meeting each week in Central Florida (Mondays at 10am)
- One virtual support group each week that continues the discussion and reflection on the week's topic (Fridays at 10am)
- Access to structured life-skills curriculum and group learning
This option is available as a monthly subscription, making participation simple and consistent.

☀️Flexible Participation Options
For participants who prefer more flexibility, individual sessions may also be purchased.
Field Meeting Pass – $40
Includes:
- One in-person field meeting that takes place in the Central Florida area (Mondays at 10am)
- That week’s corresponding virtual support group held online (Fridays at 10am)
Virtual Support Group – $20
For participants who prefer to join remotely or who are unable to attend the field meeting.
Includes:
- One virtual support group session focused on that week’s topic (Fridays at 10am)

Families who prefer to plan ahead may choose an annual membership at a reduced rate.
Annual Program Membership: $1,350
This option includes:
- Full program access for 12 months
- All weekly field meetings and virtual support groups
- A 10% savings compared to monthly enrollment
Important Note
All caregivers must complete the Participant Enrollment Form and submit the $50 annual registration fee prior to attending any sessions.
