Welcome to Special Sparks! 

To ensure a smooth and simple enrollment process, please follow the step-by-step instructions below.

This page will guide you through completing your participant’s enrollment from start to finish and can also be used as a convenient reference for those who prefer to pay per session rather than enroll in a monthly or annual membership.

 

 

How to Enroll

 

✨Step 1: Complete the Participant Enrollment Form

Before enrolling in the program, a caregiver must complete the Special Sparks Participant Enrollment Form. This form allows us to gather important information to best support each participant. This only needs to be completed once or in the event information changes.

✨Step 2: Submit Annual Registration Fee

All participants are required to complete the $50 Annual Participant Registration prior to attending sessions.

This registration includes:

  • Special Sparks participant t-shirt
  • Participant workbook
  • Annual enrollment materials

✨Step 3: Choose Your Participation Option

Once the enrollment form and annual registration have been completed, you may choose the option below that best fits your needs.

 

 

Membership Options

 

☀️Monthly Membership — $125/month

Includes:

  • One weekly in-person field meeting (1–2 hours, Central Florida)
  • One weekly virtual support group

☀️Annual Membership — $1,350/year (Save 10%)

Includes:

  • Full program access for 12 months
  • All weekly field meetings and virtual support groups

Pay Per Session Options

 

This page may be used as a quick reference for individual session payments.

☀️Field Meeting Pass — $40

Includes that week’s in-person session and virtual support group

Important Reminders

  • The $50 Annual Registration (Step 2) is required for all participants
  • Please complete the enrollment form (Step 1) before submitting payment
  • Participants are responsible for transportation to and from field meetings
  • Special Sparks is a mentorship-based program and not therapy
